2. Account and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, reachable account information and are responsible for your account credentials and device security.
• You may not impersonate others, share illegal content, bypass access controls, or interfere with system security.
• Minors should use the service only with guardian consent.

3. Learning Content and AI Output

AI explanations, essays, speaking feedback, grammar analysis, vocabulary context, and question recommendations are learning aids. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific exam goals. You should use your own judgment and official exam materials.

We do not guarantee exam passing, score improvement, admission, or learning outcomes.

4. User Content

You keep your rights in content you enter, upload, or submit. To provide the service, you grant us a limited permission to use that content as needed to operate, analyze, generate feedback, sync records, support, and secure the service.

5. Membership, Payment, and Refunds

• PRO benefits, prices, plans, and available features are shown on the purchase page or App Store listing.
• Apple purchases are processed by Apple, including payment, subscription management, and refunds. Refund requests usually need to be submitted through Apple or the App Store process.
• Manual membership activation begins after administrator confirmation. If payment information cannot be verified, access may be delayed or denied.

6. Third-Party Content and Services

The product may display or process content and links from YouTube, Bilibili, Apple, AI providers, or other third parties. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, harassing, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, bulk-abuse, attack, bypass paid access, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use AI output for cheating, misrepresenting your ability, violating exam rules, or other dishonest purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

The product, interface, code, design, brand, question organization, and system-generated service experience belong to us or our licensors. You receive only a limited, non-transferable license to use the service under these terms.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, learning record access, or membership benefits if you violate these terms, create security risk, commit fraud, or have payment irregularities.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, exam outcomes, or third-party service failures. Mandatory consumer protection rights are not limited by these terms.

11. Governing Law and Contact
